Vireserve Sdn Bhd (“VireVault“) is committed to ensuring the privacy of all users’ personal (“Users“) information.

We collect information about you and you provide to us;

• Payment Information: Credit card details, bank account details.
• Assessment Data: Cookies, HTTP authentication, those setting are saved for future test assessments.
• Communications with us:
  

  If you contact us via email, contact form, and social media.

We automatically collects information of;

• Logs:
  

  We log access to our services in log files. This data includes date and time of access, IP address, browser user agent, click-activity, date/time stamp of visitor and the page visited.

• Usage information: We collect information on how you are using VireVault.
• Cookies / Web storage:
  

  We use cookies and web storage (i.e. local Storage/session Storage) for the sole purpose of preserving state. For example, to remember who you are logged in as, or to remember where you are in performing a task.

We automatically collects from third-party sources;

• Google Analytics:

  Google Analytics uses cookies to enable analysis of your use of the website. In using Google Analytics, VireVault employs the "anonymizeIp" feature which masks part of your IP address before storing or processing it.

  Our Google Analytics is configured to disable all data sharing options (i.e. our Google Analytics data is not shared with other Google products and services). Google Analytics' advertising features are also disabled (i.e. Remarketing and Advertising Reporting features).

  You can disable Google Analytics tracking completely by using the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on.

The personal information that Users provide will only be used in connection with the Services offered by VireVault, to communicate with Users in relation to the Services or to co-operate with any government, industry or regulatory authorities. VireVault reserves the right to use data (on an anonymous & non-personally identifiable basis) in relation to Users’ use of the Services for marketing & retargeting purposes. The use of Users assessment data will be used to process and aggregate sales data for VireVault recommendation engine & supplier matching system which will be made available for Users benefits.

VireVault does not share information that contains personally identifiable information, such as your first and last name, address, and phone number to third party entities. We share information that does not identify you personally, including but not limited to location and demographic information & assessment data.

We also use the information to;

• Manage & administrative purposes in managing our relationships.

  Send marketing and promotional materials including information relating to our products, services, sales, or promotions, or those of our business partners.

  Improve our Services and product offerings.

  Promote the security of our Site and Services.

  Conduct analytics.

  Respond to inquiries related to support and other relevant requests.

Users may request at any time to see the personal information that VireVault holds on its behalf or to correct or update any personal information (to the extent that Users are unable to do so on the Website). Please email VireVault at ask@vireserve.com

VireVault maintains Users personal data in a secure cloud-based server environment at various data centers, some of which may be located outside of Malaysia. VireVault has implemented certain appropriate security measures to help protect Users personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All VireVault services are protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure secure transmission of transactional data. VireVault also stores Users personal information in servers with restricted access, and uses a variety of technical security measures to secure all forms of data.

Please note that VireVault cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat these stringent security measures in place. However, regardless of where storage and processing may occur, VireVault will always take appropriate steps to ensure that Users information & transactional data are constantly protected and uncompromised set to industry standards, consistent with the principles set forth under this Policy.

VireVault may hold Users’ personal information both before and after the cancellation of each User’s account, for as long as VireVault is lawfully entitled to do so.

VireVault is based in the Federation of Malaysia and the information & data VireVault collects is governed by Malaysian law, as well as adhering to the laws as prescribed by the PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (PDPA) ACT 2010
