1. “Data” means all graphic, data, content and information (including Personal Information) owned, held, used, provided or created by you or on your behalf that is stored in, used, or inputted into, the Service
2. "Fees" means, collectively, the Subscription Fees and the Service Fees.
3. “Personal Information” means information of user includes but is not limited to name, nationality, telephone number, email address, bank and credit card details, image, government-issued identification numbers, biometric data, race, date of birth, marital status, religion, health information, personal interests, vehicle and insurance information.
4. “Service” means the provision of Security Assessment services having the core functionalities described on the website of VireVault.io as updated from time to time.
5. “Security Assessment” means the provision of non-intrusive basic health check assessment to identify & rank security posture of public-facing business applications webpage.
6. “Terms” means these terms titled VireVault Term of Use together with the Privacy Policy.
7. “User” means a person includes an individual, a body corporate, an association of persons (whether corporate or not), a trust, a government department, or any other entity.
8. “We”, “us”, “our” or “VireVault” means Vireserve Sdn Bhd, Malaysia (Company Registration Number 1230156-V).
9. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.
10. References to "you" or "your" is to a registered User, except where the context specifically requires otherwise.

1. VireVault use reasonable efforts to provide the Service:
   1. in accordance with these Terms and the Applicable Governing Laws;
   2. exercising reasonable care, skill and diligence; and
   3. using suitably skilled, experienced and qualified personnel.
2. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website, provided that:
   1. you must not republish material from this website (including republication on another website), or reproduce or store material from this website in any public or private electronic retrieval system - except for paying customers who may store API/Report data privately;
   2. you must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit our website or material on our website for a commercial purpose, without our consent; Resale of data from VireVault is strictly prohibited will result in legal action against you.

You must register with a valid email that we can send you email to. You must not used 'parked domains' or obfuscate your identity to prevent us from verifying your account is not fraudulent. You must not register duplicate accounts.

You acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us liable in respect of this website and the information on this website.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on this website is kept up-to-date.

Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion.

If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that that user ID and password is kept confidential. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your user ID or password.

We may disable your user ID and password at our sole discretion.

You acknowledge and agree that we may:

1. use Data and information about your use of the Service to develop and improve our Service, offer our products and services to you, assist partnerships to offer new services and features to you and generate anonymised and aggregated statistical and analytical data (collectively, "Analytical Data").
2. use the Analytical Data for our internal research and product development purposes and to conduct statistical analysis and identify trends and insights.
3. provide advertisers with reports about the kinds of people seeing their advertisements and how their advertisements are performing, but we don't share information that personally identifies you (information such as your name or email address that by itself can be used to contact you or identifies who you are) unless you give us permission. For example, we provide general demographic and interest information to advertisers (for example, that an advertisement was seen by a man between the ages of 25 and 50 who lives in Kuala Lumpur and have an interest in Cybersecurity) to help them better understand their audience. We also confirm which advertisements led you to make a purchase or take an action with an advertiser.
4. provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as by providing technical infrastructure services, analysing how our Services are used, providing customer service, facilitating payments or conducting surveys.

Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all our intellectual property rights are reserved.

A one-off purchase fee is to be paid in advance. Subscription Fees are paid in advance and will be billed in a 30-day interval. Transaction fee and additional fees will be charged from time to time at VireVault discretion.

Annual payments can be made via Electronic Funds Transfer/Wire transfer upon request.

You may cancel your account at any time. You accept that if you no longer require the service it is your responsibility to cancel your plan. Cancellation functions are available via your login. You cannot get a refund if you change your mind.

1. Free Trial

   Upon signing up for your account you may use the Service on a free trial basis until the end of trial period or subject to the number of Security Assessment can be conducted.

   The Security Assessment data on VireVault systems during your free trial may be permanently lost or deleted. VireVault will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a free trial.

2. One-off Purchase

   A purchase that corresponds to one-off commitment payment such as a purchase of reports or any relevant services that to be provided from time to time.

3. Premium and Pro services

   Basic and Pro accounts are provided on a subscription basis. Upon signing up for your account we will charge correspondingly to continue to charge your credit card for the agreed monthly or yearly value for the corresponding account until you tell us to stop. You may cancel your account at any time. You accept that if you no longer require the service it is your responsibility to cancel your plan. Cancellation functions are available via your login.

You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.

You must not use our website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

You must not use our website or website content to copy, publish or send mass mailings or spam. By creating an account and downloading lists, you agree not to send commercial electronic messages in bulk (spam).

You must not use our website to copy, publish or send material which is illegal or unlawful, or material which could give rise to legal action under International and other applicable law. All material you copy, publish or send via our website must not be defamatory, obscene, indecent, hateful, discriminatory or inflammatory; such material must not infringe any person's intellectual property rights or rights of confidence, impinge upon any person's privacy, or constitute incitement to commit a crime; further, material must not be misleading, deceptive, sexually explicit, threatening, abusive, harassing or menacing.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material posted upon our website.

We may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the posting of unsuitable material, including suspending or cancelling your account, restricting your access to our website, or commencing legal proceedings against you.

You must not resell or reproduce any of the contents of this website without our permission.

In respect of all material that you post on our website, you grant to us a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute such material in any media, together with the right to sub-license such rights.

Except for payment obligations, neither party will be liable for inadequate performance to the extent caused by a condition (for example, natural disaster, an act of war or terrorism, riot, labor condition, governmental action, pandemic, epidemic, quarantine restriction, and Internet disturbance) that was beyond the party's reasonable control.
